All on the ground floor. Open plan living space. Living area: With electric fire, Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV and French doors leading to decking. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+ and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With twin beds and Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Disney+. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. LPG central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Front garden with enclosed decking and garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Hot tub for 4 (private). 2 small dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps in the grounds.
