The children have a play area to keep busy in. And there is also an all-weather tennis court available - you can hire tennis rackets too.

Seeing the area

You may wish to stay at Sherrill Farm Holiday Cottages, and not venture out to see the sights. Although it would be a bit of a shame not to see anything while you are in the area. Sherrill Farmhouse is on the border of Devon and Cornwall, so you can easily nip around and see both these counties. And your pretty much equidistant between the north and the south coast of south west England - so you can pop to one of the beaches for a spot of swimming or surfing.

The Dartmoor National Park is close by, so you get your fill of wide open spaces too. You've also got horse riding, fishing, cycling and plenty of walking opportunities going on around these parts.
